Use locations for distinct workplaces or sites, such as House A, Shop 2, Bristol Office or Restaurant West.
Teams
Use teams for useful employee groups, such as Day Team, Night Team, Kitchen, Front of House or Cleaning Team.
Keep the structure practical
You do not need to recreate your entire organisation chart. Add only the locations and teams that make rota planning clearer.
