Import employees from CSV
CSV import is useful when moving from a spreadsheet or another simple rota process.
Supported columns
The importer supports common employee fields such as Name, Email, Phone, Role, Team, Location and Contracted Hours.
Preview before saving
Rota Generator validates the file and shows a preview before import. This lets you correct missing or invalid values before anything is written.
Avoid partial surprises
The importer is designed not to silently create a half-finished import. Resolve reported errors before confirming the import.
