Invite an employee to Rota Generator
Invitations connect an employee record to a user account in the correct organisation.
Send an invitation
Open Employees, choose the employee and send an invitation to their email address. The invitation link is time-limited.
What happens after acceptance
The employee signs in or creates an account. Rota Generator associates that account with the employee record and the correct organisation.
Expired links
If the invitation expires before it is used, resend a fresh invitation from the employee area.
