Use the tool as a weekly timesheet calculator, biweekly timesheet calculator or simple time card calculator. It handles the time arithmetic while you control the working week, time display, currency and optional overtime threshold.
Enter when work started and finished and the calculator works out the shift duration. If the finish time is earlier than the start time, it treats the shift as continuing past midnight.
Enter unpaid break minutes for each shift and they are deducted automatically. Weekly and biweekly timesheets show clear totals for the hours worked.
Add an hourly rate if you want an estimated gross-pay figure. You choose the overtime threshold and multiplier because employment rules and contracts differ by workplace and jurisdiction.
The public calculator works in your browser. It does not require an account or upload your timesheet entries to a Rota Generator workspace.
Rota Generator helps teams create staff rotas, manage availability and leave, publish schedules and keep employees informed from one workspace.
Enter the start time and finish time for each shift, then add any unpaid break in minutes. The calculator subtracts the break and totals the worked hours automatically.
