How employee plan limits work
Plan capacity is based on active employees, not every historical employee record.
Active employees count
Employees who are active and available for scheduling count toward the organisation limit.
Archived employees do not count
Archiving a former employee preserves useful history while removing them from the active employee count.
Existing data is not deleted
If an organisation reaches a limit, Rota Generator prevents further additions where necessary rather than deleting existing people.
