Public share pages are not intended to expose employee email addresses or telephone numbers.
Name display
Managers can use more privacy-conscious name formats where supported, such as first name with surname initial or initials.
Revoke when needed
Revoke a link if the audience changes or the URL may have been forwarded beyond the intended group.
