A page looks old, unstyled or broken
After a software update, the browser or hosting cache can occasionally keep an older stylesheet or script.
Hard refresh
Use a hard refresh or open the page in an incognito/private window.
Do not delete data
A visual caching issue normally does not require deleting database tables, employees or rotas.
Still broken
If the problem remains, note the page URL, what you clicked and any visible error message before contacting support.
