My calendar is not updating
A downloaded .ics file is a snapshot. A private calendar subscription is intended for ongoing refresh.
Check publication
Only published rota data should be expected in the employee calendar feed.
Calendar refresh delay
External calendar applications choose how often to refresh subscribed calendars, so changes may not appear immediately.
Regenerated feed
If the feed URL was regenerated, remove the old subscription and add the new private URL.
