Assign a shift despite an availability warning
Not every warning should make the rota impossible to manage. Rota Generator can allow an authorised manager to continue where an override is appropriate.
Review the warning first
Read the reason, such as an employee being unavailable during part of the proposed shift.
Override deliberately
If you assign anyway, the system records the override in audit history so the decision is not invisible.
